It took mom and dad a few days before they could figure out what they/we wanted to do for the long labor day weekend. I think since we've so busy and out of town that we didn't want to hurry off somewhere which was perfect. We had sushi with friends one night and then got a few things done around the house and went to Zach's 4th birthday pool party. That was fun! Lot's of kid's and I loved the pool.... mom and dad forgot their camera so no photos of the pool time.
However, on Sunday we got ready and met up with friends Scott and Betsy in Hood River (about 1 hr East of Portland) and headed towards Mt. Adams. We were able to get a nice little straight up the hill side hike in and then camped. On Monday we did some wine tasting in Washington and Oregon (mostly around Hood River - Only 3 Winery's) but was very nice and loved the weather outside. We had a great time... Betsy and Scott were so nice to hang with us and camp with Bailey. They help a lot and makes it easy...
