Hiking the gorge

We took advantage of the nice warm weather and went for a hike out near
Mosier, Oregon just past Hood River.  An easy hike, flat and open meadow
with nice views of the gorge and a few mountain tops.  We came here last spring
in April and it was too windy to hike with the girls.  Not this Sunday!
Weather was perfect!

Parker decided she was tired and needed to rest on the trail.... 

Parker is too big for front carrying but otherwise we weren't
getting anywhere quick!  She's in the stage of wanting to be
carried but not in the pack.  She negotiated and I finally gave
in and carried her in the front for awhile.
