Next up - Smith Rock

After heading North to Seattle - we stopped overnight in Portland and then packed up the van and drove to central Oregon - the best climbing area in the US if not the world (and we are lucky to be only 2 1/2 hours from)! I love this place!

Bailey climbing! We are working on her repelling. She does well climbing up but is terrified to trust the rope and let us repel her down.  It's hard to trust the gear!

Parker climbing! She also needs to trust the rope and let us repel her down - she's working through this!  She didn't get quite as far up as Bailey but very impressive for a 4 year old!
