The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Portland. I was able to get out for a run with a friend and run the waterfront. I thought of my friend Betsie with all of the cherry blossoms out.
Even on a rainy day it was a beautiful day.
These locks seem to be taking over the bridges along the waterfront.... I hope it doesn't take over the bridge like in Paris?!
