Train ride to Seattle

On Friday, mom and I packed our bags and headed to the train station downtown to catch the 12:15 train to Seattle. It was so fun... it was a nice sunny day so the ride was scenic and the train ride was comfortable and nice. We had two seats at a table so it was perfect for me coloring and reading my books. There were two other people across from us when we took our seats but I guess I scared them off when we first sat down so we got the whole area to ourselves.... which was good because it takes me awhile to warm up to strangers. I loved walking through each of the train cars - I even took my nap for over an hour which gave mom some nice relaxing time.
Dad was working in Seattle and was at a conference on Friday so he picked us up from the train station after his conference. We were excited to see Dad after the train ride.
