I had such a fun Easter. We went with my friends Carson and Hadley and parents Amy and Jason to church for Easter Sunday and to Brunch with Jason's family. They had set up an Easter egg hunt for Carson and I which was super fun. Carson was fast at getting the eggs and since I would follow Carson around he usually got to the eggs before I did. I finally started figuring it out but still wasn't as fast as Carson but he was nice and would give me a few. I bet next year I'll be pretty fast!
The beautiful colorful eggs are Amy's specialty using coffee grounds, beet juice and blueberries.... these turned out much better than the Hetherington's eggs which we too went the natural way using Beets and Paprika, however, we realized it's critical to use White eggs and not Brown!
The eggs still tasted yummy! In Jason's family it's their tradition to begin their brunch with peeling eggs and beer!
