Another summer weekend and we're sticking around town... Dad has been working at the house and mom and I have been spending some quality time together having fun! Mom has left the camera at the new house so we haven't taken too many photo's of our time. If you can see the small band aid across my nose - that happened one morning this week before school when we all stopped by the flooring store to order the flooring for our new kitchen and I was showing mom a new 'trick'. As I jumped off the stairs, I kind of tripped and went head first down the stairs and got a good carpet burn across my nose. Although the band aid only lasted a few hours on my nose. We played a lot at the park this weekend and went swimming at Grant Park on Sunday late afternoon - I've been having such a good time in the pool. I now will jump off the wall into the water and go under on my own (when I'm jumping into the water). And this past time in the pool I finally like going down the slide and into the water over and over and over again. I also like taking showers in the locker room after getting out of the pool, in fact, since I can reach the button to keep the shower running I normally will fight mom to keep me in the shower.
