I don't recall having this much sunny, dry, COLD weather here in Portland - no rain the past few weeks and lot's of sunshine and cool breeze. Our skin is dry, our hair is 'static' and we keep shocking people... it's been fun to bundle up and head out for nice brisk walks and outings.
