Bailey is definitely in the 'layering phase' at this point. A few weeks ago when our weather finally turned around and was nice out - when Bailey could finally wear one of her dresses, she decides she wants to wear a few pairs of pants and a long sleeve under her dress. In the below photo we were on our way to Carson's 4th birthday party and she insisted on wearing 3 pairs of pants her dress (and what's not showing in the photo, 2 vests). She's so funny.
