What kid doesn't like a sand box? Dave and I decided to build a sand box in our front yard - just to the left of the steps if your looking from the top of our porch. Bailey has enjoyed it and Parker too... except we really have to watch her so she doesn't eat too much sand! Dave cut a piece of plywood to use as the 'cover' for the sand box and put two handles on top. Bailey and I painted the plywood with chalk board paint so she could also chalk on it while the sand box was covered. That was Dave's fabulous idea! Fun! Although when any friends come over and the sand box cover is off - you know they will want to play!
