my curls...and random shots

It's been longer than normal for mom to post photo's. She has been wanting to revamp my blog now that I've turned one, but she's not sure she likes the update and will have to play around a bit more when she has time. Her friend Amy has a blog for Carson and her blog page is really cool. How did she do that?
I have quite the curls coming out - especially in the morning when I wake up! I've been learning so much and since mom has updated my blog she's going to have to give an update on all of my tricks - some new as of this week too.
I know that I am Bailey and when people say, "where's Bailey" I pat my chest - Because I am Bailey! I know where my head and nose is and will pat my head and point to my nose. I'm working on pointing to my ears and belly. I imitate mom and dad a lot and think it's funny when they make faces. This past week I began pointing a lot and saying 'dat' - which everyone seems to refer to 'dat' as that. So I point and want to know what it is. Then point to something else, and so on... this can last a really long time. I'm very interested in knowing what things are and knowing who people are in photo's.
My new sign languages I do is 'all done/finished', 'eat' (only a few times), and new tonight was 'more'. Dad was feeding me applesauce and it was gone and I did the sign for 'more'. I kept doing it and I was able to eat 2 bowls of applesauce. ha
I'm getting big for my favorite spot - in the kitchen on the bottom shelf of the cart. That area has become my play space and I love it in there and love banging the metal toys on the metal shelf. I also stand a lot and practice squatting and bending but still am hesitate to take more than a step or two by myself. I think I'm getting the courage up so we will see.
