We headed back for more than one purpose, however, we were happy to get back and see my Mamaw and Papaw's house after the flood. They've been doing lot's of work inside the house and finally have all of the walls up. They have been slowed down a bit since they decided to knock a few other walls down to open up their living room to their garage which now is more living space. No better time then now since they will be doing a full remodel. Mom and dad helped a few days but not as much as they had hoped. They did get some much needed work finished outside the house and lot's of cleaning up. We think it's coming together rather well. It was nice seeing mamaw and papaw and grammy and pappy, aunt Angie, Chris and Jill (and all of the kids).
It was another whirlwind trip so mom and dad didn't get to take time to see their friends but hopefully the next trip they will make that happen.
I had so much fun traveling from place to place and waking up at different places. Aunt Angie watched me one day while mom and dad worked at mamaw and papaw's house and then Grammy and Pappy and Aunt Jill watched me another day. Don't let mom or dad fool you - as you can see from some of the photo's they got to have some fun too. I loved swimming in the pool, going down the slide and jumping on the raft in the lake (I wasn't too sure about tubing but after a few minutes I liked it). The paddle boat was fun for awhile too... Katie and Jackson pulled me on their 4 wheeler and I also got to ride in motorized cars at Uncle Chris'. I was a little timid on jumping on the trampoline. I didn't like it when mom wasn't near by. I couldn't figure out how to control myself from not jumping more than I really wanted to. But mom loves the trampoline! Busy, Busy, Busy.
It was a fun filled trip and hope to see my family again soon. XOXO
