We had very nice weather this weekend and was perfect for our day at the Tulip Festival - although unexpected traffic and delays on getting there, we decided to park the car and get out and walk the rest of the 2 miles to the farm (luckily I had the stroller in the trunk) it was great weather though so I didn't mind getting in some walking! This trip was much different than our last trip to the tulip festival when Dave was with us and Bailey wasn't walking. This trip made it more challenging for photo ops and running after Bailey and trying to explain she couldn't walk, stomp or pick the tulips. We saw Betsie, Scott and Kai at the festival too, which was fun! Although short in meeting since we were on the move. Bailey did have fun in the kid's area with the slides, horse swings, tractors and cow train. By the time we were back to the car, Bailey quickly fell asleep and slept until the next morning. Dave had the pleasure of working in the basement of the new house - getting ready for the plumbers to come in this week to begin installation of the new plumbing!
Once titled, 'Bailey's Place' - as our family grew so did our blog! This blog was created to post a snapshot of Bailey and Parker's life and view what has been happening in our lives here in Portland, OR. We hope you enjoy!
