It's all over the news if you haven't already heard, but with our record breaking boiling temperatures these past few day's it's leaving grumpy (me) hot folks everywhere trying to find relief. So many homes (including our current house) in Portland don't have AC - it's not suppose to get this hot here. Nor do either of our vehicles have AC so Bailey and I's commute home from work has been hot ones for sure. Luckily a lot of folks have limited their driving and most likely taking public transportation so we haven't had to deal with traffic which is NICE!
No photo's to share with our evening trips to Grant Pool or Jamison Park to play in the water but fun for sure. We've moved to the basement for sleeping which has worked out well (blow up mattress isn't too bad even for 31 weeks pregnant). Dinners have been skipped, or resorted to chips/salsa, ice cream and fruit. Although we did hit sushi last night - yummy!
