I wonder if we made our way up to Seattle this weekend to be 'closer' to Vancouver, BC and kick ourselves a bit for not making it to the Winter Olympics 2010! Just a 6 hour drive from Portland (3 hours from Seattle), and instead of glued to the television nightly we could have engrossed ourselves into the Olympic mix. 4 years ago when we found out the Winter Olympics were going to be in Vancouver - we discussed going.... however, that is when we should have truly planned on going and purchasing tickets. For some reason it is still exciting knowing we are close and realistically it probably would have been too difficult to go with an infant. Sooo we sit here nightly and engross ourselves into the TV. Go Team USA!
